Orlando, Florida saw a horrific accident involving a hoverboard and a loaded gun.
Lavardo Fisher, 13, died on Monday after being accidentally shot by his 18-year-old cousin on Sunday.
The Orlando Sentinel reports that Fisher was playing on his Xbox when he was shot by his cousin Brandon Louis, who was standing on a hoverboard, but quickly lost his balance. The bullet struck Fisher in the back of the head.
Louis allegedly found the gun hidden underneath a bed in the house. Another 18 year old cousin was also at the home at the time.
The 18-year old has not been charged, but his uncle 35 year-old Walter Morame, has been arrested who reportedly owned the gun.
The man is an ex-con, and was charged with possession of a firearm by a former convict.
