Police release video of moped shooting in London

The Metropolitan police have released CCTV footage of a shooting in south London in the hope of finding the gunman, who sped away on a moped after shooting a 20-year-old man.e was injured.

The victim was shot in the thigh, walking along Tulse Hill with two friends. Two shots were fired. The shooting happened before 7pm on 7 February in Brixton.


The gunman jumps off the moped, fires two shots at the fleeing men then gets back on and drives off.

The Met have said that the shooter was wearing a black full-face helmet with white flashings and dark trousers with white stripes on the leg. The force’s anti-gang violence division, Trident, is leading the investigation.
