Parisian brand Kenzo has been announced as H&M’s latest designer collaborator.
H&M’s 2015 designer collaboration was with French haute couture brand, Balmain. The collection was major successful with it selling out in record time. Since 2004, H&M have teamed up with designers and celebrities such as Karl Lagerfeld, Alexander Wang and even Beyoncé, with the idea becoming increasingly popular each year.
Savvy shoppers on the high street now look forward to hearing who will be teaming up with H&M every year as it gives them quality clothing at a high street price. This morning on H&M and Kenzo‘s social media, both houses announced their 2016 venture. Since Creative Directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon took over the helm at Kenzo in 2012, they’ve breathed new life into the brand and aimed it at a more suave audience.
We wanted to really tell the story of the brand and of us. Together with H&M, we will invite all the customers and fans to the real Kenzo world.
The collection is expected to be very creative, colourful and youthful with plenty of print and sophistication. H&M x Kenzo will launch in stores and online on November 3th, 2016.
