Kanye West’s fans have begun queuing outside stores, days before the release of his new shoe line.
Kanye West’s new limited edition trainers do not go on sale until Saturday, despite the large queues of fans outside stores this morning and some arriving days before this.
The queues are in anticipation of the black Yeezy Boost 350 Adidas shoes created by Kim Kardashian’s husband and rapper, Kanye.
The release of the trainers has been highly anticipated by many ever since their first release in June, almost immediately selling out.
Many pairs were later re-sold on eBay for up to £400 despite their original £150 price tag.
Kanye wore the Yeezy Boost 350 Adidas shoes to the CFDA awards earlier this year.
The 38-year-old has received a lot of praise for the Adidas collection after he unveiled them at New York Fashion Week with a star-studded front row of Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Beyoncé and Jay Z.
The artist has since opened up about his career in fashion, revealing that he was feeling “very positive” about the welcome he had received in recent months and is continually making moves to expand his fashion empire.
When questioned about his work in fashion he has said that “Fashion is something that’s in my heart to do – in my spirit. There’s no world that can stop me from what I love. Not the rap world, not the fashion world, not the real world.”
