1) The Lemon and Lime Diet:
According to this diet’s rules, you are allowed to only ingest two things besides water which are lemon and limes. Not very tasty at first…
2) The tapeworm diet:
This may be the most disgusting diet ever! This treatment involves ingesting tapeworm pills and then allowing the parasitic worms to grow happily inside you.
3) The amputation diet:
Warning, I am not making this up. First, clip your nails , then get a drastic haircut and trim body hair. Take a diuretic and you can lose from one to three pounds!
4) The Baby food diet:
Jennifer Aninston can do a little bow for making this diet popular. It is a liquid diet but has the added nutrition, so, physically, it’s not terribly awful but seriously eating baby’s food?
5) The Chocolate diet:
With 1,250 calories a day let’s enjoy chocolate for breakfast, lunch and dinner time and lose weight. We all look upon chocolate as a guilty pleasure but now you can eat three times a day and lose weight in the meantine. Isn’t it wonderful?
